For more than eighty years, the Chesterfield Education Association has existed to advance the cause of public education and promote professional excellence among all educators. In addition, CEA works closely with members of the Chesterfield School Board, the Superintendent, and the administration to improve the compensation and working conditions of its members. CEA is proud of the contributions it has made to the quality of education in Chesterfield County, as well as improvements in the economic well being of its members.
